Yeah let's hear more about that.
Is your new job doing what Phil does? You said it was a long way from home I think.
JC: How'd the open house go? Seems like I'm seeing a lot of new construction around me and the houses are selling. Things loosening up in your neck of the wood?

Re: Phil's Pipes
Open house on father's day wasn't successful only one family stopped and I think they were just curious and not really in the market for a home. The market here is okay at best, houses are selling but they really need to be aggressively priced.
It’s a great time for investors and people that can afford to buy and become landlords. The rental market is very busy.
The industry normally has a slight slowdown about this time of year due to kids getting out of school and families heading on vacation, but it doesn’t last too long as people want to move and get settled in before school starts in the fall.
RJ... thanks for asking brother.
If any of you ever have a real estate question or need help finding a good agent in your areas, I would be happy to help you, just call or send me an e-mail.
As far as my posting go I would prefer to keep our SOB forum a Real Estate free zone...

Excellent work Phil.
That looks great.
I'll bet it'll smoke as good as FFOD and PC.

Nice.
You're getting all refined and shit. No bark in sight.
Hard to make a bent 2 piece ain't it?
I made one but it didn't work out very wll because the shank has to come in so high.
